We use 3D imaging and sizer trials during consultation to help you visualize results and choose the exact size and profile that fits your goals and frame.
We offer both silicone gel (most natural feel) and saline implants. Our surgeons will explain the advantages of each based on your anatomy and preferences.
Incisions can be placed inframammary (breast fold), periareolar, or transaxillary — chosen to minimize visible scarring based on implant type and your anatomy.
All procedures in an accredited surgical facility with board-certified anesthesiologist on-site and full emergency protocols.
Submuscular placement (under the muscle) provides more natural results and better mammogram imaging. Subglandular is preferred for certain body types — decided during consultation.
Every breast augmentation is performed by a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with extensive breast surgery experience.
Pre-operative measurements and intraoperative assessment ensure optimal symmetry — addressing any natural breast asymmetry in the planning process.
Post-operative appointments at week 1, month 1, and month 3 — plus long-term implant monitoring recommendations per FDA guidelines.
Marking & Pre-Op
Your surgeon marks the incision sites and implant pocket boundaries. Medical photographs taken. Implant size confirmed from your consultation selection.
20–30 MINUTES
Anesthesia
General anesthesia administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist. You are fully asleep and comfortable throughout the procedure.
PAINLESS
Pocket Creation & Implant Placement
Small incision made in the chosen location. The implant pocket is created — either submuscular or subglandular. Implant is inserted and positioned for optimal symmetry.
45–90 MINUTES
Closing & Compression
Incisions are closed with layered sutures. Surgical bra applied before you wake. 1–2 hours in recovery suite, then home with a caregiver. No overnight hospital stay required.
SAME DAY

DAY 1–3 · FIRST 72 HOURS
Rest. Surgical bra in place.
Rest at home. Surgical bra worn 24/7. Soreness in the chest — comparable to an intense chest workout. Limited arm movement above shoulder height. Pain medication as prescribed. Light walking around the house encouraged.
WEEK 1 · EARLY RECOVERY
Swelling peaks. First follow-up appointment.
Swelling peaks at day 3–5. Bruising visible. First post-op appointment to check healing and incisions. Most patients stop pain medication by day 5–7. Sleeping on your back with slight elevation recommended.
WEEK 2 · RETURN TO WORK
Desk work resumes. Upper body restrictions continue.
Most patients return to desk work by day 10–14. No lifting over 5–10 lbs. No overhead arm movements. Surgical bra continues. Bruising fading. Implants still sitting high — will settle over weeks.
WEEK 3–4 · SETTLING PHASE
Implants begin dropping and fluffing.
Implants start to settle into natural position ("drop and fluff"). Swelling continues to reduce. Light cardio cleared — no chest-heavy exercise. Surgical bra transitioning to soft supportive bra as directed.
WEEK 6 · FULL ACTIVITY
Exercise cleared. Natural shape emerging.
Strenuous exercise and weight lifting cleared. Chest exercises resumed gradually. About 80% of final appearance visible. Incision scars begin to fade. Massaging as directed to encourage optimal implant position.
MONTH 3–6 · FINAL RESULT
Final shape fully visible. Scars continue to fade.
Implants fully settled. Final size, shape, and softness visible. Scars continue to mature and fade through month 12–18. Annual or biannual check-ups recommended per FDA implant monitoring guidelines.
