Each tummy tuck is planned around your specific anatomy — incision placement, extent of muscle repair, and liposuction zones are mapped before surgery.
We surgically repair diastasis recti — separated abdominal muscles — restoring core function and a flat abdominal wall that exercise cannot achieve.
Incisions are placed strategically along the natural bikini line, kept as low as possible to remain hidden under underwear and swimwear.
All procedures in an accredited surgical facility with board-certified anesthesiologist on-site and full emergency protocols.
Surgical drains are placed to eliminate fluid accumulation. Our team provides detailed drain care instructions and monitors your progress closely.
Every tummy tuck is performed by a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with extensive abdominoplasty experience.
Tummy tuck can be safely combined with liposuction, breast procedures, and other surgeries in a single operation for comprehensive results.
Post-operative appointments at week 1, week 2, month 1, and month 3 to monitor healing, drain removal, and ensure optimal results.
Marking & Planning
Your surgeon marks the incision line, muscle repair zones, and any liposuction areas while you stand. Medical photographs taken for records.
30–45 minutes
Anesthesia
General anesthesia administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist. You are fully asleep and feel nothing throughout the procedure.
Painless
Incision & Access
A horizontal incision is made along the bikini line. The abdominal skin is elevated to access the underlying muscles and tissue.
30 minutes
Muscle Repair & Skin Removal
Separated muscles are sutured together. Excess skin is removed, the remaining skin is pulled taut, and the navel is repositioned through a new opening.
1–3 hours

Day 1–3 · First 72 Hours
Rest. Drains in place.
Rest at home in a slightly bent position to reduce tension on incisions. Surgical drains in place — emptied 2–3x daily. Walk slowly every few hours to prevent blood clots. Pain medication as prescribed. Compression garment worn 24/7.
Week 1 · Early Recovery
Drains typically removed. Swelling peaks.
Drains are usually removed at the day 5–7 appointment. Swelling and bruising visible. Most patients can begin to stand more upright. Light walking only. Compression garment continues 24/7. Post-op appointment to check healing.
Week 2 · Return to Desk Work
Most patients return to sedentary work.
Most patients return to desk work by day 10–14. Standing more upright. Compression garment continues. No lifting over 10 lbs. Bruising fading. Incision care as directed. Light walking encouraged — no strenuous activity.
Week 3–4 · Mid Recovery
Light activity increasing.
Compression garment drops to 12 hours per day. Light cardio (walking) cleared. Significant reduction in swelling. Most patients feel substantially better. Incision healing progressing. Lymphatic massage recommended to reduce swelling.
Week 6 · Full Activity
Exercise cleared. Final shape emerging.
Strenuous exercise and weight lifting cleared. About 70% of final result visible as residual swelling resolves. Incision scars begin to fade — continue scar treatment as recommended. Core exercises may be added gradually.
Month 3–6 · Final Result
Full results visible. Scars continue to fade.
All swelling resolved. Final flat, firm abdominal contour fully visible. Scars continue to mature and fade through month 12–18. Maintain your results with a stable weight and active lifestyle.
