I had Lipo 360 surgery on 10/29/25, and my entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and professional. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the anesthesia provider was incredibly sweet—he asked all the right questions, answered mine, and explained everything he was doing right up until I went under. My surgeon, Dr. Zachary Okhah, was great as well. He was in and out, but he did an excellent job, and my results speak for themselves.

I was about to cancel my request for an procedure with this office because I keep reading a few bad reviews here and there but I decided to give them a chance and try because I love their results, and honestly I spent more than a year shopping around with other offices , that also had a few bad reviews as well and this was the best decision I have ever made because they guided and helped me all along the way, and I had my procedure done by Dr Zach and my results were better than expected. I can’t wait to share my results with everyone. Thank you smart plastic surgery and their whole team for changing my life.

He listened carefully to everything I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. The staff was incredible the entire way through. Before and after surgery, they constantly checked on me to see how I was doing and to make sure my recovery was going smoothly.
